Cirrus Shield CRM offers you a few ready-to-deploy button actions, such as:
1. Mass action:
A button that allows you to modify or delete records in a single click.
2. Clone:Â
A button that allows you to duplicate a record in order to save time. For example, if you have 2 contacts in the same company, the information about the company will be the same so you just have to duplicate the first contact and change his personal information such as his name or his business title.
3. Convert Lead:Â
When you prospect you work in the “Lead” tab. Once the suspect is qualified (filled contact information) and an opportunity is identified, the suspect must be converted (Convert button). The prospect information will automatically be added to the contact and the account tab.
