Groups

Cirrus Shield allows you to share data between users regardless of position hierarchy by creating a group in which you can put users.

For example, you can group users from different positions within a group to share data between these users.


To create a Group :

  1. Log in to your administrator Cirrus Shield Account.
  2. Click on Setup.> Users Management.
  3. Click on the Group Tab on the bottom > New.
  4. Label your Group then Name it. (Ex: Public).
  5. You can check the box “Apply the hierarchy of the user’s position”. When this box is checked, people in the hierarchy of positions who are above users who are part of this group will also see the data set visible to this group.
  6. Click Save.

Once created, you can asociate its Users and Positions.
