Mailchimp Functionality
Mailchimp integration offers two core functionalities:
- Sending Contacts to Mailchimp: Contacts such as Leads, Contacts, or campaign members within Mailchimp are classified as contacts. The integration facilitates the transmission of contacts to Mailchimp’s audience via a button click.
Access the Mailchimp platform to observe the sent contacts from Cirrus Shield. Visit your Mailchimp profile -> Audience -> All Contacts to view the transferred contacts.
2. Monitoring Mailchimp Contacts in Cirrus Shield: Once the desired contacts are dispatched to Mailchimp, Cirrus Shield can monitor them via the webhook established during contact transmission.
This enables updates to be made within Cirrus Shield in response to changes in Mailchimp statuses such as “Unsubscribed” or “Cleaned.” Observe these changes in Cirrus Shield for the relevant contacts.
