Cirrus Shield CRM offers you some ready-to-deploy buttons, such as :
Bulk Edit or Delete
- Buttons that allow you to edit or delete selected records with a single click.
Cloner
A button that enables you to duplicate a selected record in Cirrus Shield CRM.
For example, if you have two contacts in the same company, the company information will be the same. You can simply duplicate the first contact and update their personal details such as name or job title
Convert a Lead
Once a lead is qualified, and an opportunity is identified, the lead can be converted (using the ‘Convert a Lead’ button) into both a contact and an account.
Create a Vcard
A button that allows you to import prospects and contacts into your email tools (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
Important Note:
If the file doesn’t download, please make sure you don’t have a pop-up blocker and/or browser plugins like ‘AdBlock Plus’ enabled in your browser.
– To allow pop-ups on Google Chrome: Click here.
– To allow pop-ups on Microsoft Edge: Click here.
– To allow pop-ups on Adblock Plus:
Click on the logo (top right), then click ‘Disable on this site.’ Cirrus Shield’s domain will then be added to the ‘Whitelisted domains.’
To import prospect/contact information into your email tool (e.g., Gmail):
- Click on a prospect (the blue link).
- Click on the ‘Create Vcard’ button
- A file will appear at the bottom of the page.
- Sign in to your Gmail account using the required credentials.
- Click on ‘Mail’ and then select Contacts :
- Click on ‘More,’ then click ‘Import.’
- Select your vCard or .vcf file and import it.
Add to Google Calendar
Cirrus Shield allows you to manage your tasks in your Google Calendar.
To import a task into your calendar:
- Go to the ‘Tasks’ tab.
- Click on a task (the blue link).
- Click on the ‘Add to Google Calendar’ button.
- The task will be automatically created in your calendar.
