Data Manager is a command line client application for importing data into the Cirrus Shield cloud computing platform. It can be used to insert, upsert, update and delete data from Cirrus Shield.
When importing data, the Data Manager reads, data from comma or semi-comma separated values (CSV) files and loads it into the target Cirrus Shield instance.
