Configure your company\u2019s details in Cirrus Shield by adding business information such as name, logo, fiscal year, or time zone.<\/p>\n

Edit Company Details<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

To change your company details:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to Cirrus Shield with your administrator profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your name, then select Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to the Organization<\/strong> tab, and click on edit to add the necessary details of your company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Personalize your logo<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    In order to customize your account, Cirrus Shield allow you to replace the logo of Cirrus Shield by your company logo. The new logo will appear for all users within your CRM account.<\/p>\n

    To personalize your logo:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Log in to Cirrus Shield with your administrator profile.<\/li>\n
    2. Click<\/strong> on your name, then select Setup.<\/li>\n
    3. Go to the Organization tab, and click on edit in the Company Details page, click Upload your logo.<\/li>\n
    4. Browse and upload the logo. The logo should be in .jpg \/ .png \/ .gif<\/strong> format.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note that the size of the image should not exceed 40 KB and for best result, use an image having width 200px and for height 70px.<\/p>\n

      Set Organization Time Zone<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

      You can define a common time zone in your Cirrus Shield account. Every field with a datatype \u201cDate and time\u201d will take into consideration the time zone (for example: Callback date)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      To set the organization\u2019s time zone:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Log in to Cirrus Shield with your administrator profile.<\/li>\n
      2. Click<\/strong> on your name, then select Setup.<\/li>\n
      3. Go to the Organization tab, and click on edit in the Company Details page, select the Country Locale and Time Zone from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Set Up Fiscal Year<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Adjust your company’s fiscal year to use this information for reporting purposes.<\/p>\n

        To set up fiscal year:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Log in to Cirrus Shield with your administrator profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Click on your name, then select Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Go to the Organization<\/strong> tab, and click on edit.<\/li>\n
        4. In the Company Details<\/strong> page, select the\u00a0Fiscal Start Month\u00a0<\/strong>from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Set Up your Email Server<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

          Send emails directly from your domain. Cirrus Shield allows you to configure your SMTP server so that emails are sent from your domain and not from a third-party domain.<\/p>\n

          Note :<\/strong> if you have a GMail account you wish to use for sending emails from Cirrus Shield, you have to turn on 2-step verification on your GMail account and create an application password for Cirrus Shield. Please follow the procedure described here : Turn on 2-Step Verification
