For instance, when a lead schedules a meeting with Calendly, Cirrus Shield automatically creates the lead and corresponding appointment in your CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these steps to establish the connection between Cirrus Shield and Calendly:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1- Create a Calendly Premium Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create an account on <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\">Calendly<\/a> or use your current account. You will need at minimum a Professional version of Calendly for the integration with Cirrus Shield to work.<\/li><li>Once connected to Calendly, click on the &#8220;Integration&#8221; menu at the top. <\/li><li>Click on &#8220;API &amp; Webhooks&#8221;.<\/li><li>Click on &#8220;Get a token now&#8221;.<\/li><li>The following message will appear <em>&#8220;Please be aware that personal access tokens you create as an admin will grant access to Calendly data for everyone in your organization.&#8221;<\/em> Click on Continue<\/li><li>Name the token<\/li><li>Copy your token and save it in a separate note.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 2- Connect to you Cirrus Shield CRM account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to Cirrus Shield by entering your username and password.<\/li><li>Click on your name on the right side > Setup > Plugins > New.<\/li><li>Choose &#8220;Calendly&#8221; from the drop-down list and Save<\/li><li>Click on Calendly Detail button<\/li><li>Insert the token you copied previously in the &#8220;AccessToken&#8221; field.<\/li><li>For security reasons, enter your Cirrus Shield username and password then Save.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- Visualize the created meeting in Cirrus Shield CRM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s take this example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The lead or contact &#8220;Fran\u00e7ois Brodeur&#8221; places an appointment on your Calendly Agenda on Thursday 03 November 2021 from 12:00 to 12:30, adds his manager Ms. Lavoie as a guest and chooses Zoom as the meeting place.<\/li><li>Once this action has been carried out on the part of the prospect \/ contact, you will receive an email notification indicating that a new event has been created in your Cirrus Shield calendar in the &#8220;Meetings&#8221; Object.<\/li><li>Log into your Cirrus Shield account and click on the &#8220;Meetings&#8221; module.<\/li><li>The meeting\/appointment appears with the start date, the end date and the Zoom link.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6379\" width=\"528\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-1.png 661w, https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-1-300x103.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the meeting then on Participants to see who are the invitees:<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6381\" width=\"593\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-2.png 851w, https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-2-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-2-768x296.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that if the participant doesn&#8217;t exist in the CRM, Cirrus Shield will automatically create him in the &#8220;Leads&#8221; module with his first name, last name and email.
