Data can be ordered by column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">Summary Report: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Summary reports display data with grouping and lets you show subtotals and averages.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">2. Create Reports Into Cirrus Shield<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">Step 1:<\/span> <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Go to the <strong>Reports<\/strong> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">Step 2:<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000\">Click on <strong>New<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">Select the corresponding <strong>Object<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">Select the <strong>Report Type<\/strong> (Tabular or Summary).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Enter the <strong>Report Name<\/strong> in the Label Field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 6:<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">Select <strong>Filter Criteria<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Select the fields you want to<strong> display<\/strong> in the table.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 8:<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">Create a <strong>Chart<\/strong> if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\"><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note that the fields present in the &#8220;Fields to Display&#8221; will automatically contain fields from related lists.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">3. Export Reports<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>You can export the report data in XLS format\u00a0for further data analysis purpose.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">To export reports :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the\u00a0<strong>Reports\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Report <strong>Name <\/strong>that you want to export.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0<strong>Export to Excel\u00a0<\/strong>button next to edit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note that if you don&#8217;t have the right to export, then you will not see the export button.<\/p>\n<p>In order to use this feature, contact your administrator system and ask him to check the Export to excel box in the &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #008000\"><a style=\"color: #008000\" href=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/en\/docs\/admin-guide\/user-management\/profiles\/\">Profile<\/a><\/span><\/strong>&#8221; tab. (Setup)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>4. Display Reports depending on Hierarchies<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re a Sales Manager, a Field Sales, or the Sales Director, reports in Cirrus Shield will display the right data to you.
