Get a real-time view of all your ongoing sales opportunities with Cirrus Shield. Track all your sales activities and know where every customer is in the sales cycle and deal size.<\/p>\n

\n

1. Create Opportunities\u00a0into Cirrus Shield<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
\n

In Cirrus Shield, you can create an opportunity in 3 different way:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Completing manually\u00a0<\/strong>the Opportunity form.<\/li>\n
  2. Importing<\/strong> Opportunity using our import tools :\u00a0Import Wizard or Data Manager<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Capturing<\/strong> Opportunity online directly from Web-to-Opportunity<\/span>\u00a0form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    To Create a new Opportunity:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Go to the Opportunity<\/b>\u00a0tab.<\/p>\n

    2. Click on New<\/strong> to create a new Opportunity.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    3. Fill<\/strong> the Opportunity form.<\/p>\n

    4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    To Clone a Opportunity<\/strong><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Click on a Opportunity (the blue link)<\/p>\n

    2. Click on the Clone<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    3. In the new page, Modify<\/strong> the required fields.<\/p>\n

    4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Note that by default the person who creates the opportunity will be the owner. To change the owner, click on the owner field and select another user.<\/p>\n

    2. The Opportunities Home Page<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n

    <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The records in this view are based on the selected list view<\/strong>. In this case, “my opportunities”.<\/li>\n
    2. To ensure a complete visibility of your data, Cirrus Shield gives you the ability to customize your view<\/strong> according to your needs. Switch easily between the different view modes : Kanban, Card view or List View.<\/li>\n
    3. Create new filter<\/strong> by clicking on this button.<\/li>\n
    4. Quickly move a record<\/strong> to a different step by dragging the box in the corresponding stage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
