{"id":1851,"date":"2019-03-20T15:01:13","date_gmt":"2019-03-20T14:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/docs\/admin-guide\/user-management\/groups\/"},"modified":"2022-01-19T12:12:53","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T11:12:53","slug":"groups","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/en\/docs\/admin-guide\/user-management\/groups\/","title":{"rendered":"Groups"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"fw-main-row \">\n<div class=\"fw-container\">\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\n<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12\">\n<p>Cirrus Shield allows you to share data between users regardless of position hierarchy by creating a group in which you can put users.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you can group users from different positions within a group to share data between these users.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">To create a Group :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Log in<\/strong> to your administrator Cirrus Shield Account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Setup<\/strong>.&gt; <strong>Users Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Group Tab<\/strong> on the bottom &gt; <strong>New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Label<\/strong> your Group then <strong>Name<\/strong> it. (Ex: Public).<\/li>\n<li>You can check the box &#8220;Apply the hierarchy of the user&#8217;s position&#8221;.
