After configuring Cirrus Shield as required, you can add users. Simply insert the personal information of the new user and select his profile and position.<\/p>\n

Each account contains at least the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • E-mail address<\/li>\n
  • Business title<\/li>\n
  • Username<\/li>\n
  • Timezone & Locale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    • Profile<\/li>\n
    • Position<\/li>\n
    • Google Calendar ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      To add a New User<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        \n
      1. Log in to Cirrus Shield with your administrator profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on your name, then select Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Go to the Users Management<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>tab, and click on\u00a0New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Add the information about the\u00a0User<\/strong><\/li>\n
      5. Select his\u00a0Profile\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Position<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      6. Select the Language<\/strong> of the environment.<\/li>\n
      7. And enter the Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      8. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note that you can’t add a new user if you don’t have a license. And, after the creation, the user will receive an email that includes his username, his password and a link to the organization\u2019s Cirrus Shield site. The system will ask him to set up a new password\u00a0and \u00a0a Security Question<\/strong> in case he\u00a0forget his password.<\/p>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLocale & Timezone<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUsers can set their individual locale and timezone on their personal settings pages.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUsername<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll users have a username and an email address. The username must be unique for all Cirrus Shield organizations.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProfile<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProfiles define what features and operations are available to users. There are 4 types of profiles in Cirrus Shield (we will deal with this in the second part of the guide, “Admin Guide \u2013 User Management”).\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPosition<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe hierarchy of roles, also called “Position”, reproduces the organizational chart of the company. The person with the highest role has full access to his \/ her data and to those with a lower role in the hierarchy (we will deal with this in the second part of the guide, “Admin Guide \u2013 User Management”).\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
