How to upload your data in your Brevo account (Ex : Contacts):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> to Cirrus Shield.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>View<\/strong> you want to upload (Ex : Leads from France \/ or All).<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Upload to Brevo<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Upload-toSendinBlue.png\" width=\"401\" height=\"84\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All the contacts present in the selected view will be\u00a0<strong>uploaded<\/strong> in your Brevo account.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>view\u00a0<\/b>&#8220;Leads from France&#8221; will be created in the <strong>contact list<\/strong> of Brevo.<\/li>\n<li>Note that only the view &#8220;All&#8221; is not synchronizable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff8a00;\">2. How can you see the update in Cirrus Shield :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After a <strong>campaign<\/strong> has been sent to a contact list, &#8220;Campaign members&#8221; are registered in Cirrus Shield.<\/li>\n<li>And since the plugin was set on the actions &#8220;<strong>Click&#8221;<\/strong>, &#8220;<strong>open&#8221;<\/strong>, and &#8220;<strong>unsubscribe&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0then only these actions will make changes in Cirrus Shield.<\/li>\n<li>For example, if an email receiver <strong>open<\/strong> the sent email, or <strong>clicks<\/strong> on a link in the email then their respective checkboxes in <strong>Campaign Members<\/strong> will automatically change to the appropriate value.<\/li>\n<li>In case, the user <strong>unsubscribed<\/strong> from the campaign, then the\u00a0<strong>Opt Out<\/strong> checkbox field is automatically ticked in the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> object for the respective email address.<\/li>\n<li>If for example we send an email in Brevo but the email (the contact) does not exist in Cirrus Shield it will not create the contact automatically in Cirrus Shield.<\/li>\n<li>If the contact exists but the campaign member doesn&#8217;t exist, will it create the campaign member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #009551;\"><strong>Note : <\/strong><\/span>Campaigns and campaign members are automatically created in Cirrus-Shield. In other words, the creation of a campaign is done in Brevo, and then campaigns and campaign members are created automatically<strong> after first email event<\/strong>.
