Cirrus Shield\u2019s integration with Yammer allows your team to better collaborate to achieve their sales results. Yammer improves team communication and knowledge transfer and sharing so you can get work done anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n

  • Communicate, share files and work together in groups\u00a0directly\u00a0on the records in Cirrus Shield.<\/li>\n
  • Work\u00a0with anyone across the company on projects, initiatives, and events.<\/li>\n
  • Add partners, customers, and vendors to\u00a0<\/strong>group conversations\u00a0for specific input.<\/li>\n
  • Stay connected\u00a0to team updates, messages, and notifications while on the go so that your team can be productive anytime, anywhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To connect\u00a0<\/span>Cirrus Shield to Yammer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Log in to Yammer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Click on Apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Click on My Apps\u00a0<\/strong>and then\u00a0click Register New App<\/strong>:<\/li>\n
      • Complete the form with the following data and click Continue.\n
          \n
        • Application Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Cirrus Shield CRM<\/li>\n
        • Organization:<\/strong> Cirrus Shield<\/li>\n
        • Support e-mail:<\/strong> your email.<\/li>\n
        • Website:<\/strong>\u00a0https:\/\/www.cirrus-shield.net<\/li>\n
        • Redirect URI:<\/strong>\u00a0https:\/\/www.cirrus-shield.net<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Once your app is created, your Client ID<\/strong> and Client Secret<\/strong> will be displayed.<\/li>\n
        • Copy the Client ID and Client Secret into Cirrus Shield:\n
            \n
          • Log in to Cirrus Shield with your\u00a0administrator profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Click on your name, then select\u00a0Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Go to the Plugin\u00a0<\/b>tab, and click on edit Yammer.<\/li>\n
          • Paste the Client ID in the Authentication ID.<\/li>\n
          • Paste the Client Secret in the Authentication Secret.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Now, go to “My apps”, click on CRM, and then click on the\u00a0Yammer tab<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0log in with your Yammer account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
