Looking at your google calendar or adding actions into your calendar is now made possible with the Google Calendar integration.<\/p>\n

To configure synchronization settings:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in<\/strong> to your Cirrus Shield environment.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your Name<\/strong>, and then click on\u00a0My profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Put your Google Calendar ID\u00a0<\/strong>in the corresponding field.<\/li>\n
  4. Click save.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on\u00a0My app<\/strong> (On the top right) and select\u00a0CRM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click on the\u00a0Google Calendar\u00a0<\/strong>tab and click on “Connection”.<\/li>\n
  7. Put your Google password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To import your tasks in your calendar:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Go to the\u00a0task<\/b>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on a task (the blue link<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
    3. Click on the\u00a0Add to Google Calendar<\/b>\u00a0button:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4. The task will be automatically<\/strong> created in your calendar.<\/p>\n

      The calendar in Cirrus Shield is a display<\/span> of your Google Calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • If you create a task<\/strong> and click on the “Add to Google Calendar” button in Cirrus Shield, the task will be automatically created in your calendar.<\/li>\n
      • If you delete a task in Cirrus Shield,<\/strong> the task will not be deleted in your calendar.<\/li>\n
      • If you delete a task in your Google Calendar<\/strong>, the task will not be deleted in your tasks tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
