This feature keeps you informed in real-time of critical activities within Cirrus Shield<\/strong> through a flexible rule engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Introduction to Rule Types<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The system is built upon two distinct types of alerts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Notifications:<\/strong> Triggered by a specific event<\/strong> (e.g., record creation, field update, or case assignment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reminders:<\/strong> Time-based<\/strong> alerts triggered by a date\/time field (e.g., 2 hours before an appointment, 1 day after a deadline).
