{"id":1152,"date":"2017-05-16T13:48:33","date_gmt":"2017-05-16T12:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/docs\/developper-guide\/data-manager\/problems-et-errors\/"},"modified":"2019-06-11T18:17:27","modified_gmt":"2019-06-11T17:17:27","slug":"problems-et-errors","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.cirrus-shield.com\/en\/docs\/developer-guide\/data-manager\/problems-et-errors\/","title":{"rendered":"Problems and Errors"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"fw-main-row \">\n<div class=\"fw-container\">\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\n<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12\">\n<p>When using the data manager, you may face some errors and problems, below you will see some of them:<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Errors in the Command Line<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00ab <span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">There is an error during the processing of the file<\/span>\u00bb<br \/>This error is by Chunk or bulk size, for ex. if you have the bulk size = 2000 and there is an error in 500 records out of 2000 you will see the error message only once for these 2000 records.<br \/>For the second bulk records (2000 records for ex.) you will see a second error message in case of an error in one record out of 2000 and in case of an error in 2000 records out of 2000.<\/li>\n<li>You may have a fatal error if you have by mistake an \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">enter<\/span>\u201d in a field, this will cause a system error.<\/li>\n<li>Other error may be from the connection between the web service that the Data Manager us and the database especially if the database is installed in <span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">separate server<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>If the <span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">csv file of a map doesn\u2019t exist<\/span>, the Data Manager logs this info in \u201cFilesLogverbose\u201d and continues to the next csv file in mappings.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900\">An exception occurred:<\/span> reduce the bulk size.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Errors in Results File<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This error will show in case of invalid value for a field, you can see details of error in the csv generated in the results folder such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">Error_MSG_Field_Required<\/span> : Non-existing value for a required field<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff8a00\">Error_MSG_Value_entered_not_valid<\/span>: Non-valid format of a value for specific type of field\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Examples<\/strong> :\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cDate_of_Birth:Error_MSG_Value_entered_not_valid\u201d: This message will appear if the type is for ex. date but the format wasn\u2019t as mentioned in section 4.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Email: Error_MSG_Value_entered_not_valid\u201d: This message will appear if the type is for ex.
