Because Cirrus Shield is fully customizable, you might not have access to all the product features. You might learn about some features in our help documentation but you will not see them in your interface.
This might happen for several reasons:
- Limited access due to authorization option set up by your administrator system.
- Your company modified or created an object, field or application.
- The feature you’re looking for is not include in the edition that your company uses. For example, the API tools, the custom profile or the web page are not available in the standard edition.
